STEP Offshore's mud hopper design allows addition of all types of mud powder chemicals into the mixing line. Powder from for instance sack cutting unit and surge tank is fed directly into the mixing hopper, thus preventing dust emission to the environment. The unit provides a dust free working environment and is designed to meet all relevant offshore requirements regarding health, safety and environment.
